Learn how to create a personal wellness journey harnessing the energy of OM. This acronym for Observe the body, Move the Mind gives students the tools to learn the ebb and flow of personal wellness.

While “Story of Wellness” focuses on the mindful trainings and mental wellness aspects of our physical health, OM creates a physical working space to bring the mind and body together.

Broken down into two types of daily practices OM, you will work with a morning and evening practice.

AM or Active Mindset practices are designed to prime your mind. You will work through movement practices, meditations, and emotional resonance therapeutics as a way to actively connect wit the chatter of your mind. This is a time to move through the exercises and observe the body.

PM or Passive Meditation is when you will unwind, reset your nervous system, and make space for rest. Listening to audio meditations, practicing energy balancing postures, and releasing into your cranio-sacral rhythm facilitates a shift in mindset.

The course is 8-weeks long and is at your own pace. Movements will draw from yoga, qi gong, hiking, walking, and strength training.
