Your autobiography matters. Your experiences, education, and external influences are shaping your biology whether you realize it or not. Now more than ever you need to examine your story. If you have become the antagonist in your own story you will fully experience the power of you vs. you.

When you align your true-self with the internal dialogues of your thoughts you propel yourself forward and change happens. You become the hero in your own life and master the ways in which you can change the way you breathe, think, and feel.

The course breaks down into 3 sections

  1. Tuning into your self-talk. Part I of this course will help you understand the value and weight of your thoughts.

  2. Adjusting the frequency. It’s not enough to recognize our thoughts, we have to adjust those that no longer serve us. Part II of this course will move you one step closer to mastering the volume and frequency of thought patterns and behavioral adaptations that occur when we change our chatter.

  3. Plot Twist. Change the storyline of your health by transforming your story into a lever to propel you forward. Part III is where you move the story into a new direction. This plot twist helps pivot the storyline of your health and well-being into an autobiography that brings you joy and happiness.
